How to Enter Online: Enter the contest online. Your entry will be sent electronically to the judges at The Pasta House Co. and you can submit your $25 entry fee via our secure online processing system. or Postal Mail: Download the entry form (requires Adobe PDF Reader), then mail the completed form and your $25.00 check to: Recipe Contest, The Pasta House Co., 1143 Macklind Avenue, St. Louis, MO 63110. Rules and Regulations Eligibility: Contestants must be 18 years of age or older. Any employee or relative of an employee of The Pasta House Co.or a Pasta House Co. franchise may not enter the contest. Recipe: Recipe must be a pasta dish. The recipe should yield four servings. Deadline: The deadline to submit a recipe is August 31st, 2008, at 11:59 p.m. Fee: The entry fee is $25. All contestants will receive an embroidered Pasta House Co. apron. All additional proceeds will go to Cardinal Glennon. |

Prizes Finalists: Ten finalists will be selected, based on the recipes submitted, and will be notified by September 15, 2008. Those ten finalists will be invited to a “Best in Pasta” Pasta House Co. Cook-Off, held on Saturday, October 4th in The Pasta House Co. in The Old Post Office, 9th & Olive, in Downtown St. Louis. Those finalists will win a $100 gift certificate to The Pasta House Co. Grand Prize: One grand winner will be selected from the “Best in Pasta” Cook-Off, based on the judges’ scoring of each finalist’s dish. The winner will receive a trip to Italy for two, including airfare and hotel accommodations for one week. Date subject to Altair Travel. |
